Petah Tikva, known as “Doorway to Hope” is an important city located in the central district of Israel and it is seven miles to the east of Tel Aviv. During 1920’s it was a small agricultural village but now it has emerged into second largest industrial estate in Israel dividing among three regions Kiryat Arieh, Kiryat Matalon, and Segula. Many hi-tech industries have now moved to Petah Tikva, thus contributing to the increase in the land values in this area. Also the ample bus services which connect every other place in its surroundings. This contributes to the very good land values and rates of the properties.
The most attractive real estate projects and resale houses in Petah Tikva have increased due to the emerging population. The population density is relatively lesser in the city whereas the per capita income is a bit higher. This attributes to the fact that the people here prefer for individual homes and pent houses rather than buying apartments. Therefore there is a large number of buying and selling in the city. Owing to these, the real estate business is well and good, resulting in very good profits for the promoters. Proving this fact is the growth in the number of people involved in the business.
